Having profound insights as an Asian American Adoptee who grew up with siblings with disabilities, Liz is able to cast and direct truly authentic performances by professional and non-actors, disabled actors, dancers and documentary subjects that evoke lived realities, challenging and captivating the viewer.

Liz’s deeply personal script for STRANGERS’ REUNION about an adoptee reunion won the Ritz-Carlton & Hearst competition and transcended language barriers as it connected wth audiences in six different languages.
